Renters must be of legal age or be a legal entity.
Renters are responsible for any damage, theft or loss of tents and equipment and must pay for any damage, theft or loss in accordance with Kamper Planet’s damage/loss pricelist. The pricelist is available for inspection by renters at the Kamper Planet reception desk.
Renters will inspect their equipment at the time of handover and confirm its condition.
Renters must return tents and any additional equipment rented in good condition at the place of handover. Renters can return tents before completion of their rental period but must inform Kamper Planet reception staff first.
Renters must pay all rental deposits in cash at the time of handover. Rental deposits will be returned in cash once Kamper Planet has confirmed that tents and equipment have been returned in good condition.
Kamper Planet has produced a tailor-made solution by commissioning the construction of 348 sturdy and secure lockers which guarantees festival goers peace of mind by safeguarding their personal belongings whilst at the same time giving them the opportunity to keep their electronic items fully charged as well as secure.
